All of our orders are shipped discreetly in either a plain brown box or a padded business envelope, depending on your items. The packaging is completely anonymous with just your address & ours. Because Slammers Heaven is a very easily recognizable name, we use an alias on the return address label to protect your privacy.

Most packages are received 2-3 business days from the date of your order, & never longer than 5 business days unless ordered from a country outside of the UK.
Please note: Extra large or heavy orders & orders made after 5 pm will be shipped the next business day. In the event that you need your purchase expedited because of a special occasion perhaps, you do have the option of guaranteed next day or 2-day delivery excluding weekends & holidays at an additional cost.
Please note: Your order must be placed before 5PM UTC to receive your items in 2 business days or by the next business day. Orders placed after 5PM UTC will be shipped out the following day.

Any changes to orders already placed should be requested immediately by contacting customer service. Please have your order number ready. Once an order is placed, we may be unable to make any changes to your order.

Most of our orders are shipped by TNT express mail from the UK unless you opt for expedited shipping.

We offer international shipping options on many of our products but they are some we do not ship international. Please refer to product descriptions on each item and look for an international shipping notice to see which items are available to be shipped internationally. If you place an order and received an Invoice that means we ship this product’s to your location.

Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with shipping information, including tracking information. Meanwhile you can still do manual tracking on our website to see if the package has been ship.
